Davy Lakomy
On December 13, 1987 Davy Lakomy saw the light. At a very young age he was already busy with singing and music. A toy guitar and a micro was all he needed. His first introduction to music was singing in the children's choir of As. He soon became one of the most famous voices of the gang. He wanted to further concentrate on the music and started music lessons at the Municipal Academy for Music & Word-of Dilsen Stokkem. His first choice of instrument was the guitar and he also started classical singing lessons.

After several years he learned to play the organ (now put on t he p iano and syn ths), followed by percussion and diction. The classical singing lessons were replaced by singing in light music (popzangles). After 10 years the music got Davy guitar diploma with honors. Davy did not stop the music after the music. He started to concentrate more on writing her own songs and try to be known in the music. After much experience by standing on stage, starting with duo performances with his sister Kimberly, did he make the move to participate in the TV show X-factor. He was allowed through into the finals, where he did meniger hearts beat faster with his warm timbre in songs like "She" and "You're Beautiful '. He was ninth in this race, but left this (too) early departure certainly not discourage him! He started working harder on a solo career. After many detours he made in 2006 to know Janu and Jean Kluger. He could immediately record some songs with her on her new CD "Paint it Harp ', and from then on he became a fixture as a singer / musician in their team. The three (Janu, Peter and Davy) they are now nationally and internationally on the shelves!
This cooperation was also the start for his solo career. He does prefer his years at last be heard Flanders: Dutch pop music! In collaboration with many other well known writes his own songs and is thus now also a singer-songwriter. In January 2009 he was even on Radio 2 with 'As the Fire ", a song he himself wrote in collaboration with Dan and Dennis Lacksman Peire. Will Tura took him as a young talent!
