Electronic harp "The Harp Janu"
Janu has to harp on request through the harpfabikant Camac from France. This harp has 47 strings but what this harp unique is that it has no speaker. This means that it only produces sound when connected to a stereo. This requires that the harpist much creativity as the sonic spectrum is completely different than an acoustic harp. The intense red color of the harp is made exclusively at the request of Janu.
Electro-acoustic harp
This harp has 47 strings and has all the features of the classical harp. In addition there is a micro-pickup on every string and so can the harp be fully enhanced. This harp can be used both acoustic and electronic. Without this instrument gain the full sound quality of an acoustic harp. If e is used, the possibilities are therefore much more extensive. Scottish Harp
The Scottish harp has between 19 and 31 strings. This harp is also called "lapharp" or "clarsach 'mentioned. It is comparable to the harp that the troubadours used before. The harp comes in various sizes and are usually decorated with Celtic motifs.
Classical harp
The classical harp has 46 or 47 strings and seven pedals. The strings are all fingers (except the little fingers) of each hand played. The classical harp is a regular member of the symphony orchestra and has the highest tessitura of all orchestral instruments.

Paraguay is the land of the harp like no other in the world. Every day we see people walking down the street with a harp in his hand. There are several places in the hood Ascunsion city where one builds harps. The harp is also the national instrument of Paraguay. The Paraguayan harp has 36 to 40 strings that are much closer together than all other types of harps. The strings are stretched much smoother. This harp is a lightweight and has only a soundhole. The harp is used in folk music, mainly to the typical South American rhythms.
Celtic or Irish harp
This harp from Ireland, from 34 to 38 strings made from nylon, gut or metal or a combination of the three. The harp is much smaller than all other rest harps and therefore usually on legs so playing it easier. These harps are used in folk music but also as a starting tool for anyone who wants to learn to play harp harp because it has no pedals (This way one learns to play first with the fingers only). The pedal harp by this system is replaced with a valve system that is placed on the strings. In this way therefore possible to show the increase or decrease, albeit by a hand free. This harp was made by Salvi, a renowned harp manufacturer from Italy. This harp is custom made in a Janu white.
